Target Audience: Everybody

As in 2004, we will perform live usability tests with KDE PIM or other interested projects. In each user test, we will ask a person not involved with KDE to perform typical use cases with a KDE application, e.g. to set up an email account. The goal is to identify possible usage problems and to illustrate the way 'normal' users think.
